- The number of guests staying in properties must be informed at booking stage.
- Properties must not exceed maximum numbers, as stated above, at any time
- All lets are weekly from Saturday arriving 3pm – Saturday departing 10am
- Short breaks: Mon – Thurs & Fri - Sun inclusive are available on request “last minute only”
- Pets welcome by prior arrangement with the Proprietor and are charged at £15 per week
- All reservations to be confirmed with a £100 NON_REFUNDABLE deposit
